From the first day of training, we learn to be aware of our own thoughts—to see the effect they have on our physical performance and how they affect the performance of others. For us, in the deadly moment of battle, it is the control of Internal Dialogue that shifts the chaos of battle to the calm of victory. These men have come a long way since we formed up eighteen months ago.
