It’s been a busy time. I’m still working on finishing up my summer courses, but I am further ahead than I was on Thursday! I have one exam down, only one more assignment left in Spanish plus the last test and final exam, and two more assignments completed for the 4th (and final) class. Of course, I also had to do my homework for the rest of my classes that began last Wednesday. It appears to be mostly reading, mini assignments, and essays. I’m taking two intro courses which is wonderful, and so far my third year courses seem to be okay. I think I’m going to adore my American history course, the prof is so young and excited about the material it just makes me excited too! He’s also kinda easy on the eyes, but I’ll forget about that detail for Mike’s sake. As long as I stay on top of the readings and get a head start on my essays, then I should be okay. And next semester will feel like a breeze in comparison!

I still have to finish that Athabasca course as well. That one I can buy an extension for, so it’s ok. And I’ll probably do that soon, because I believe that I’m supposed to have my course material finished by November. I feel silly wasting money the way that I have in recent months, but that is coming to an end. Any major expense I’m going to think more carefully on from now on. Speaking of expense, I had to cancel my Amazon order for my school books. They were taking so long to get here! It’s probably going to cost me twice as much to buy them in the bookstore, but considering I have an assignment due Tuesday using the book that I don’t have as of yet, I’m kind of stuck. I can’t not do my homework until October just to save money, sadly. Hopefully I’ll get that bursary.

And yeah. So I’m out of news. Not that I had a lot of news to begin with, but I’m fresh out now. I suppose that I’ll go check out my class syllabuses (syllabii?) and see if I can keep myself busy for a few hours before I get to bed!
